Job Description Review LIMS lab-sheets for correctness of information regarding testing method, specifications, client contact name, highlight special requests, due date Correct entries to lab-sheets or request them to be corrected by LIMS entry personnel Communicate to clients any issues with sample, labeling or sample submissions Request from client a new sample if sample received by SGS has a wrong label Request revisions to methods/specification from Global LIMS team Back up for sample entry in case of absence and too many samples receipt. Keep his / her training records current; follow training SOP for training records Enter charge back items and shipping costs to relevant samples in LIMS Additional Information Salary: $27 - $30/hr Some Benefit Highlights: 80% coverage Health, Dental and Vision Paid time off RRSP Program Eligibility Qualifications Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Bio-technology, Microbiology, or Collage diploma in sciences and few years of work in one of the sciences pharmaceutical fields in QC/QA. Experience: Over one year with demonstrated ability to complete more complex role/duties Must be able to read, understand and follow work instructions in a safe, accurate and timely manner. Candidates must be proficient in using various types of computer software (Word, Excel. PowerPoint & Outlook). Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly professional environment.
