Job Description

A well financed, publicly listed mineral exploration company with district scale land positions in North America is seeking a Vice President Exploration to join its executive leadership team. The company controls a portfolio of large scale copper, gold and silver assets across multiple jurisdictions and is entering a sustained growth phase. Exploration programs are fully funded and technically driven, supported by a strong institutional shareholder base and long term capital alignment. The Vice President Exploration will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Board of Directors to define and execute corporate exploration strategy across the portfolio. Responsibilities Develop and execute corporate exploration strategy across multiple assets Oversee target generation, drill program design and technical execution Allocate exploration capital across projects and manage annual budgets Lead and mentor internal technical teams and external consultants Ensure quality control, data integrity and compliance with NI 43 101 reporting standards Oversee resource growth initiatives and technical studies where applicable Support strategic partnerships and technical collaborations Contribute to technical disclosure, investor communication and market presentations Provide technical input to corporate development and portfolio evaluation activities Required Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Geology or related Earth Science discipline Minimum 15 years progressive exploration experience Demonstrated discovery or resource growth track record Experience operating at district scale within copper and or precious metal systems Strong understanding of mineral systems, structural controls and deposit modelling Experience managing exploration budgets and multidisciplinary teams Familiarity with public company reporting and technical disclosure requirements Ability to operate effectively at executive and Board level Willingness to travel to North American project sites Compensation Competitive executive base salary, performance incentives and meaningful long term equity participation aligned with exploration success.
