Senior Anaplan Consultant Location: Canada Employment Type: Full-Time Base Salary: $120,000 $155,000 + Bonus About the Role We are partnering with a fast-growing, boutique Anaplan consultancy to hire a Senior Anaplan Consultant. Due to several large enterprise projects kicking off, the firm is expanding its delivery team and seeking experienced consultants who can lead workstreams while remaining hands-on in model delivery. This organization is one of the fastest-growing Anaplan partners in the market, focused exclusively on Anaplan. As a true boutique consultancy, it offers strong leadership access, meaningful ownership, and long-term stability. The Senior Consultant level is where leadership within delivery begins, mentoring junior team members, owning client relationships, and driving end-to-end implementations. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Anaplan implementations from requirements gathering through deployment Translate complex business processes into scalable, best-practice Anaplan solutions Drive FP&A-focused planning engagements (primary domain) Support additional use cases across Supply Chain, Workforce Planning, and Sales Performance Management Mentor Analysts and Consultants across project teams Serve as a client-facing lead and manage stakeholder relationships Ensure high-quality delivery aligned to business objectives Required Qualifications Approximately 4+ years of Anaplan experience Proven experience delivering end-to-end Anaplan implementations Strong functional understanding of business processes (FP&A-heavy) Experience in Supply Chain, Workforce Planning, or SPM is a plus Confident client-facing presence with strong communication skills Ability to lead workstreams while remaining hands-on Compensation & Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Unlimited PTO (actively encouraged) Accruing paid sabbatical
