Your New Company A wellestablished organization in the Uxbridge area is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support the transition to a new POS system and ensure accurate, organized inventory management across their operations. This is an excellent shortterm opportunity for someone detailoriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment. Your New Role As the Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for overseeing daytoday inventory accuracy and supporting the migration of stock data into a new POS system. Your role will focus on ensuring all products are correctly tagged, recorded, and reflected across both instore and online inventories. Key Responsibilities Organize, manage, and maintain stock inventory Input inventory data into a new POS system Crosscheck physical inventory with existing online listings to ensure accuracy Create new product tags as required Update inventory levels and records on a daily basis Coordinate with the sales team to ensure product availability and resolve discrepancies Conduct regular stock audits to identify errors or missing items Develop and document inventory management procedures to support ongoing operations What Youll Need to Succeed Previous experience in inventory, stock control, warehouse support, or retail operations Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable working with POS systems and inventory software (training provided for new system) Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to complete physical inventory tasks (tagging, counting, organizing stock) Excellent communication skills and ability to work crossfunctionally with sales teams What Youll Get in Return Competitive hourly rate Opportunity to support a major POS transition and build strong experience in inventory management Collaborative and supportive work environment Inperson role with consistent scheduling What You Need to Do Now If youre interested in this role, click apply now to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
