Senior Project Manager - Construction Markham (100% On-Site / In-office) $170K$200K + Bonus High-Growth Organization Were working with a rapidly expanding Ontario contractor looking to add a Senior Project Manager . This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing large, complex highway and civil projects ($80M+) delivered through collaborative models (progressive DB, alliance/IPD, PPP, etc.). Youll be involved from early planning and design through construction and final handover, driving results across safety, cost, schedule, and quality. What Youll Be Responsible For: Full lifecycle delivery of major highway/civil projects Leading integrated teams with owners, engineers & key trade partners Managing design development, constructability & staging under traffic Budgeting, forecasting, risk management & open-book cost controls Supporting pursuits (RFQs/RFPs) and client presentations Mentoring and developing project teams What You Bring: 1015+ years in heavy civil/highway construction Experience delivering projects under collaborative/alternative models Strong commercial acumen & cost control expertise Civil Engineering degree (P.Eng preferred or eligible) Proven success delivering complex Ontario infrastructure projects This is an opportunity to step into a visible leadership role within a fast-scaling division delivering some of Ontarios most significant transportation projects.
