Job Description ClearWater is seeking expressions of interest from experienced Superintendents who may be interested in potential future opportunities. These opportunities are contingent upon project awards and business needs. As a Superintendent with a trades background and SAP experience, we invite you to join our operations team in Hamilton, ON. This permanent role is based on a client site, and while local candidates are preferred, we welcome all qualified applicants to apply. What would you be doing? Provide supervision to multiple crews and services. Prepare, monitor, and drive project schedule with the operations team to ensure budget and timelines are met. Estimate and manage project labour and material requirements. Establish, implement, and oversee site safety plans and quality control measures, Manage resources to maintain and enhance critical equipment performance. Growing company with opportunities for career development and advancement Qualifications Is results-oriented, passionate about construction and has proven experience managing construction sites. 10+ years site supervision experience. Experience managing a unionized workforce. Extensive experience in supervisory roles on industrial client sites with a solutions-focused mindset. A journeyperson ticket in a mechanical or electrical trade is considered an asset. Proven leader who motivates people and maintains effective relationships with clients and crew. Have valid safety tickets such as CSTS, Standard First Aid, and Common Safety Orientation (CSO). Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required. Additional Information This position has been identified as a safety-sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
