Our client is seeking a Bilingual Recruitment Manager (English/Spanish) to join their growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity for a recruitment professional who brings strong full-cycle recruitment experience along with early leadership exposure. The ideal candidate is a proactive talent partner who enjoys building strong hiring pipelines, mentoring recruiters, and working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake to offer stage Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Source, screen, and interview candidates across a variety of roles Manage and mentor a small team of recruiters while supporting their development and performance Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process Track and report on recruitment metrics, pipeline health, and hiring progress Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external talent communities Support process improvements and recruitment best practices Qualifications: Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) 56 years of full-cycle recruitment experience 12 years of leadership or team management experience Proven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working in remote or distributed teams is an asset Highly organized with strong attention to detail What Our Client Offers: 100% remote work environment Opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities and grow within the organization Collaborative and supportive team culture Competitive compensation package At Humans of HR, we support the development and growth of our candidates to reach their full potential.
