Job Description

Piping Rock Health Products is seeking an entrepreneurial, results-driven leader to build, operate, and grow its Canadian business. This role has full ownership of Piping Rocks multi-brand portfolio in Canada and is responsible for driving growth, profitability, and long-term market leadership. The Managing Director, Canada will run the Canadian business as an independent operating unit, with accountability across strategy, sales, marketing, operations, customer and distributor relationships, and financial performance. This leader will also play a critical role in shaping product innovation and launch strategies tailored to the Canadian consumer and regulatory environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven operator who thrives with autonomy, embraces accountability, and is excited to scale a complex, multi-brand business including the following brands: Vitafusion, Lil Critters, Renew Life, Natural Calm, NeoCell, and Natures Truth. Responsibilities: Own overall performance of the Canadian business, including revenue growth, profitability, and market share Lead all Canadian operations and serve as the primary point of contact between the Canadian business and global leadership Partner closely with USA headquarters to align global brand strategy with local market needs Oversee marketing strategy and execution for all brands in Canada Build and manage all sales efforts across retail, ecommerce, and distributor channels Drive customer strategy, pricing, promotional planning, and account growth Partner with US manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability, service levels, and operational excellence Identify market trends and partner with product development teams to shape product concepts, formulations, packaging, and claims Lead go-to-market strategy for new product launches, including pricing, positioning, and channel strategy, consumer insights, and regulatory considerations unique to Canada Collaborate with product development and regulatory teams to bring new products to market successfully Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Canadian team Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and execution Qualifications: Senior leadership experience in consumer health, wellness, or related industries Proven track record managing a business unit, country, or division with full commercial responsibility Strong background in sales, marketing, and customer management Strategic thinker with hands-on operational instincts Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and decisively We proudly offer: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with Company Match, Pet insurance and more!
