Your New Role Reporting to the Director, Asset Management, the Regional Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of residential properties in the Fraser Valley and on Vancouver Island. In this leadership role, you will drive operational performance across the portfolio while maintaining strong financial results and tenant satisfaction. You will handle daily operations across multiple properties, including maintenance coordination, leasing activities, renovations, and customer service. The role involves implementing leasing and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental revenue while ensuring properties maintain high standards of upkeep and regulatory compliance. You will prepare and manage annual budgets and business plans, monitor financial performance, and support the acquisitions team with due diligence and financial projections for prospective assets. You will also conduct regular property inspections, oversee capital improvements, support lease negotiations and renewals, and monitor accounts receivable and tenant retention. In addition, you will lead and support on-site teams across the region, manage vendor and contractor relationships, address tenant concerns, and report on portfolio performance and market conditions to senior leadership. What Sets You Apart You have 2-4 years of property management experience and bring strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to build effective relationships with stakeholders, tenants, contractors, and internal teams. Your ability to stay organized while managing multiple properties allows you to maintain efficiency across a high-volume portfolio. You also bring strong business acumen, a proactive mindset, and the ability to solve problems effectively. Familiarity with the Residential Tenancies Act, Microsoft Office, and property management software is essential.
