This role involves procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, supplier relationship management, and continuous process improvement. The Supply Chain Manager ensures cost-effective operations while maintaining high service levels and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations. Proven experience leading supply chain teams. Strong understanding of procurement processes, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relations. Experience with forecasting, demand planning, and ERP systems is an asset. Knowledge of industry standards, compliance regulations, and safety practices. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement abilities.
