Introduction We are partnering with a wellestablished, innovationdriven medical technology consultancy to hire a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, highimpact product development programs. This organization works at the intersection of engineering, healthcare, and commercialization, helping startups and global medtech companies bring regulated medical devices from early concept to market. This is a true endtoend leadership role for a senior PM who thrives in a consulting environment, enjoys working directly with clients, and wants exposure to multiple cuttingedge technologies. Responsibilities Leading multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, software, QA/RA, and industrial design Acting as the primary client interface, managing expectations, risks, and strategic tradeoffs Driving strong project execution across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk Coordinating systemlevel integration and design decisions Managing rapid prototyping, iteration, and learning cycles Guiding programs through verification, validation, and manufacturing transfer Identifying followon opportunities and supporting longterm client relationships Requirements Seniorlevel Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in multidisciplinary product development Strong background in electromechanical hardware products, with software integration exposure Proven experience taking products from concept through manufacturing transfer Comfortable in a clientfacing, consultingstyle environment Able to think at a system level, balancing technical, regulatory, and commercial constraints Experience working in regulated industries (medical devices ideal, but adjacent industries considered) Degree in engineering, science, biomedical engineering, or business PMP preferred but not required What We Offer Exposure to diverse, meaningful medical technologies Ownership of full lifecycle programs, not just one phase A balance of technical challenge and leadership responsibility Exposure to innovative, cutting-edge medical technologies Award-winning company culture Competitive base salary with annual bonus Profitsharing program and comprehensive benefits package Paid vacation and sick time, with flexibility for senior hires Transit costsharing and onsite amenities Why apply through Brunel?
