Founder & CTO @ CareCru, Previously Varafy (acq. by Chegg) CareCru is seeking a Product Designer who blends product UX/UI, branding, and creative marketing design projects. Youll oversee all design at CareCru from crafting intuitive user experiences in our software to producing eyecatching marketing materials that make our brand stand out. Youll be our oneperson design powerhouse, turning broad ideas into polished designs and making our company's visual presence punch above its weight. Are endlessly curious about your users, their pain points, and how to craft intuitive experiences for them Are the kind of person who takes Have a sharp eye for design and sweat the details in your work Have a high bar for brand consistency and work hard to protect it from mediocrity Have a natural sense of urgency in everything you do Can turn broad ideas into polished designs and iterate quickly based on feedback Are comfortable working independently and owning the design function as a team of one Are versatile enough to design everything from product UIs to marketing event posters Thrive on collaboration and can work effectively across departments (Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc.) What youll do Oversee the design efforts at CareCru, ensuring a cohesive, highquality visual experience across both product and marketing Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences for our SaaS product, including its patientfacing frontends Create eyecatching marketing assets (sales decks, website graphics, print materials, event signage) that align with and elevate our brand Develop and maintain design guidelines/style guides to ensure consistency across all assets and touchpoints Work closely with product managers to define new features and with engineers to bring your designs to life in the product Balance multiple projects, managing both longterm product design work and quickturnaround marketing design needs Solicit and incorporate feedback from users and internal stakeholders to continuously improve designs Deliver prototypes, wireframes, and highfidelity designs (using Figma) for new features and marketing initiatives Maintain and evolve our Figma design system and reusable component library so Product Managers can confidently create highquality wireframes and prototypes independentlyscaling design velocity across the team without every iteration needing to flow through the designer. Qualifications Have 3+ years of experience in SaaS product design (preferably as a lead or solo designer in a startup/small company environment where you owned multiple aspects of design, rather than being one of many designers on a large team) Highly proficient in Figma (our primary design tool) Bonus: Experience designing for broad, multimodule SaaS platforms (e.g., CRMs, ERPs, or other platform products) with diverse workflows Bonus: Familiarity with Webflow or basic HTML/CSS for implementing web design updates Why CareCru?
