Job Description

* **Lead and implement large-scale business initiatives** in support of PBB Marketing and/or in support of the overall PBB.* **Oversee progress reviews of the transformation roadmap** with senior leadership, and prepare presentations and materials for senior stakeholders and the Board regarding Marketing initiatives.* **Collaborate closely with key partners** to create a forward-looking plan that aligns activities with Enterprise, PBB, and Marketing objectives.* **Manage PBB Marketing involvement** in co-op programs, external talent networks, and lead team-wide training and development initiatives.* **Lead efforts with control partners** to evolve and align controls/governance/legal/risk processes to support transformation mandate.* **Provide leadership, coaching, and support** to both direct and indirect teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet PBBs needs and annual objectives.* **Develop and consult on strategic presentations, internal communications, and business plans** ensuring alignment with, and understanding of, the key priorities and messages of the Marketing domain.* **Provide continuous improvement to existing processes**; ensure team output is delivered effectively and efficiently.* **Creation of executive PowerPoint presentations** to support Marketing team with delivering key messages and information.* **Manage, organize, and facilitate corporate events** including leadership sessions, town halls, and executive meetings; lead the coordination of Senior Management team meetings and regular business updates. Plan and schedule work and establish key priorities based on the changing needs of the business.* **Manage performance** by providing fair and accurate formal and informal feedback, identifying and removing obstacles to performance and by explaining how performance expectations align with business priorities.* **Work in partnership across all areas of PBB** to share findings, identify opportunities, monitor benefits and usage.
