Your new role In this role, you will oversee HVAC retrofit and construction projects from initial concept through to completion. Your responsibilities will include interpreting and preparing plans and specifications, developing bids for both new and existing clients, and estimating, designing, and presenting thermal system solutions either independently or in collaboration with the estimating team. You will manage project execution by providing technical guidance, coordinating subcontractors, overseeing material procurement and deliveries, and attending site meetings to support scheduling and progress. The position also involves tracking job costing and profitability, working closely with the service team to identify new opportunities, and preparing operation and maintenance manuals as required. What youll need to succeed To succeed in this position, you will bring at least five years of experience in a related mechanical or HVAC field, supported by relevant technical education. You will be comfortable reading and producing mechanical drawings and equipment specifications, and you will demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. This role suits a highly organized, selfdirected professional who is confident, disciplined, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. A valid drivers licence is required, with minimal overnight travel expected.
