The Project Manager leads projects through the full lifecycle, from tendering and proposal development to contract execution and closeout. This role oversees large-scale manufacturing, capital investment (CAPEX), and industrial capability initiatives. The Project Manager leads cross-functional teams and ensures all work complies with contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements within defence production environments. Key Responsibilities Leadership Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams Set clear goals, expectations, and accountability standards Promote safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement Align team activities with project and company objectives Tendering & Proposals Lead preparation of tenders and proposals Coordinate estimating, scheduling, risk, and technical inputs Develop execution strategies, manufacturing plans, and CAPEX requirements Conduct bid reviews and support contract negotiations Execution Lead contract mobilization and project kickoff activities Oversee complex manufacturing and capital projects Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and performance metrics Ensure compliance with contractual, quality, and security requirements Serve as primary customer interface Manage scope, cost control, documentation, and project closeout Financial Manage project and CAPEX budgets, forecasts, and cash flow Support business cases and capital approvals Monitor cost and schedule performance; implement corrective actions Ensure compliance with defence contract financial standards Responsibilities Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget Maintain compliance with customer and regulatory standards Provide accurate reporting on cost, schedule, and performance Proactively manage risks and stakeholder communication Support continuous improvement and process standardization Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
