OVERVIEW Forward Interiors is a full-service interior design firm dedicated to curating interior spaces that are executed with the highest level of detail and creative vision. We are currently seeking a highly-organized and analytical Administrative and Finance Coordinator to join us full-time in our Toronto studio. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain accurate financial tracking across multiple large-scale luxury residential projects. Prepare weekly financial and order status reports. Reconciliation of project-related expenses. Responsible for creating and generating price lists associated with each project. Generate and process detailed purchase orders for retail and custom pieces. Sample ordering to support design presentations. Client facing for all tasks related to pricing, ordering, status updates, additional billing etc. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role. Bachelors degree or diploma in Bookkeeping, Office Administration or similar. Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn tailored procurement software platforms. Highly organized and analytical with strong attention to detail. Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with care and consistency. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
