Following our continued growth in Canada, NRC is seeking expressions of interest from senior rail and railroad professionals to join our Toronto-based team as part of a long-term talent pool. This opportunity is suited to experienced leaders who combine strong technical or operational credentials with the ability to build trusted client relationships, lead teams, and shape the delivery of complex rail and railroad programs across North America. You will play a key role in leading advisory and delivery engagements across passenger rail, commuter rail, light rail, metro, and freight railroad environments. Our work spans the full project lifecycle, from strategic advisory and feasibility through design development, delivery support, assurance, and operational readiness. Through our work in Canada and North America, we support public and private sector clients to improve performance, accelerate transformation, and successfully deliver major rail and railroad infrastructure and operational programs.
