PERSONAL INJURY LITIGATION LAWYER A well-established personal injury law practice is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer to take full carriage of plaintiff files from inception through to conclusion. The Lawyer must have at least 3 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience . Please do not apply if you do not have this experience. This is a contingency-based, results-driven practice where lawyers are expected to own results by measuring, tracking, and reporting on case progress and settlements. We are seeking a strong litigation lawyer who can roll up their sleeves and step into a full litigation practice. Ideally, the candidate would live in Eastern Ontario or the GTA . However, for the right A-player, candidates may live anywhere in Ontario if they are willing to travel occasionally to Toronto and Ottawa . We offer 100% remote, in-office, or hybrid arrangements for top candidates. Potential to earn over $200,000 per year with no upper limit. The Role Work independently with your own law clerk/paralegal to prosecute all plaintiff cases in a timely manner and achieve fair, reasonable, and timely resolutions. Meet with clients and build cases from inception/pre-litigation through discovery, mediation, pre-trial, and trial. Plan cases quarterly to ensure files are progressing toward resolution. Maintain a weekly target of fair and reasonable settlements to ensure clients receive excellent results while maintaining consistent firm revenue. Understand the importance of advancing all cases weekly with the goal of achieving fair settlements for clients. Collaborate with other associate lawyers and firm leadership on case development and strategy. Remain actively engaged in continuing legal education, reviewing case law, attending conferences, and continually improving litigation knowledge and skills.
