Role - IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Admin Location - Scarborough, ON Please do not hold any profiles due to rate issues. OpenShift JD Overview We are seeking an experienced File Transfer Developer/Administrator with strong expertise in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (B2Bi) and related products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure file transfer solutions, ensuring high availability, and supporting mission-critical integrations across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Development & Configuration Design and implement file transfer workflows using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator , File Gateway , and Secure Proxy (SSP) . Configure adapters (FTP, SFTP, AS2, MQ, etc.) and trading partner profiles. Develop custom business processes, maps, and services for data transformation and routing. Administration & Maintenance Manage Sterling environments including installation, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning. Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure SLA compliance. Perform user and security management, including certificates and encryption keys. Operational Support Provide L2/L3 support for file transfer incidents and service requests. Analyze logs, resolve connectivity issues, and coordinate with stakeholders for problem resolution. Implement automation for monitoring and reporting using scripts or tools. Compliance & Documentation Ensure adherence to security standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and operational procedures. Required Skills IBM Sterling Products: B2B Integrator, File Gateway, Secure Proxy, Control Center. Strong knowledge of file transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP, AS2, Experience with Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting. Familiarity with database systems (DB2, Oracle) for Sterling backend. Understanding of networking concepts , SSL/TLS, and certificate management. Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize performance. Preferred Skills Experience with high-availability Sterling clusters . Knowledge of OpenShift/Kubernetes for Sterling container deployments. Exposure to automation tools (Ansible, PowerShell) and monitoring solutions. Familiarity with cloud-based file transfer solutions .
