Job Title

We are currently seeking an experienced IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) / IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA) expert to join a Digital IAM team and support enterprise Identity and Access Management initiatives. This role will focus on designing and implementing secure SSO, federation, and access control solutions while collaborating with infrastructure, application, and security teams. Key Responsibilities Design, install, configure, and support IBM Security Access Manager / Verify Access components including WebSEAL, Policy Server, AAC, and Federation modules Implement and manage SSO and federated identity solutions using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC) Configure and manage WebSEAL reverse proxy , junctions, ACLs, POPs, and authorization policies Integrate ISAM with LDAP directories (IBM LDAP / Active Directory) and external identity providers Support multi-factor authentication (MFA) and advanced authentication flows Troubleshoot, tune performance, and maintain high-availability environments across Dev, Test, and Production Collaborate with application, network, and security teams to ensure secure integrations and compliance Maintain documentation, configuration standards, and operational runbooks Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) / IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA) Strong understanding of Web Access Management (WAM) concepts Experience with SSO, Federation, SAML, OAuth, and OIDC Hands-on experience configuring WebSEAL reverse proxy and junctions Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, authentication, authorization, and access control models Experience working with Linux / Unix environments and basic scripting Familiarity with TLS, certificates, keystores, and truststores Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Nice to Have Experience with AWS Single Sign-On or other cloud IAM integrations Exposure to ForgeRock IDM Experience with DevOps / automation tools such as Ansible Background in banking, financial services, or regulated environments IBM Security certifications are a plus If you have strong ISAM / ISVA, WebSEAL, and IAM federation experience , feel free to reach out or share your profile.
