Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Fashion Designer role located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. As a Junior Fashion Designer, you will assist in the development and creation of custom-designed uniforms for high-end clients. Daily responsibilities will include designing, collaborating on embroidery and textile selection, managing fittings, and ensuring the final garments meet our clients standards of quality and style. You will work closely with the design team, tailors, and clients to create visually appealing and functional uniform solutions. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in Fashion Design and an eye for style and functionality Proficiency in Textile selection and Embroidery techniques Ability to conduct accurate Fittings and ensure garment specifications Excellent communication skills to collaborate with design, production teams, and clients Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Bachelors degree in Fashion Design or related field is preferred Previous experience in uniform design or luxury fashion industry is an asset
