Job Description: eBuy : Place a Purchase Request in eBuy / Make changes to a Purchase Order (one support - amendments to PO) / Export Data/Report from eBuy Ishift : Check a Purchase Order/GR/Invoice status / Run Project Actuals Shine : Find a project, go to the One Page Summary / Update the cost forecast Finance : Submit Project accruals and reclasses to Finance on time / Look into discrepancies GR/ IR - Check & Follow up on delayed/on-hold invoices payment Cost report : preparation and update in the cost report Variance analysis : Understand the rational for the monthly variance / Keep track of the forecast variance from T2, T1, Budget Requirement: At least 1-6 years of related experience Excel knowledge advanced Demonstrated experience in cost controlling on different projects / scales Financial knowledge (accrual / commitment / SAP budget controlling) Manufacturing project experience (pharma would be nice) Why Join Us?
