HERES WHAT THE JOB REALLY LOOKS LIKE The Benefits Analyst provides administrative support for employee benefits and leave programs in Canada and the United States. The position works under established procedures and escalates complex issues as needed. HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT Benefits Administration: Perform administrative support for benefits programs, including health, retirement and voluntary benefits. WHAT YOULL ACTUALLY DO Support leaves process and work permit tracking in Canada. Support annual and offcycle enrollment by putting together employee data. Assist with vendor invoicing and data requests. Support process documentation and data cleanup activities as needed. WHATLL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS 2 years of experience in HR administration, benefits, or a related role. Basic understanding of employee benefits processes.
