Job Description

Position Summary The Senior Project Manager leads large, complex client projects from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for managing scope, budget, timelines, and resources while ensuring high-quality delivery and strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations Define and document project scope and requirements Monitor budgets, track hours, and report financial status regularly Evaluate change requests and assess impact on cost and schedule Identify and mitigate risks and resolve project issues Serve as primary client contact and facilitate status meetings and problem-solving discussions Maintain comprehensive project documentation following PMI-based methodologies Ensure accurate updates in project tracking and billing systems Qualifications Required: 10+ years of experience managing large, complex projects Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Experience managing scope, budgets, and stakeholder relationships Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project Preferred: PMP or PMI certification Experience improving business processes and project management frameworks *** Pay Rate- $45.00-$50.00/hour Russell Tobin offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
