Facility Construction Manager Compressor Station (Gas Turbine) Location: British Columbia (Camp work: 14 days on, 7 days off) Duration: 20262031 (5-year project) Salary: $200,000$220,000 (Living out allowance TBD) Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Facility Construction Manager to oversee the construction of a gas-turbine-driven compressor station. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the construction team at a gas turbine compressor facility. - Coordinate construction activities, resources, and schedules to meet project milestones. - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. - Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships. - Monitor and report on project performance, risks, and budget. - Mentor and develop site personnel, fostering teamwork and collaboration. Qualifications & Experience: - 10+ years of experience in facility construction (compressor, pump, or process facilities; experience in compressor stations is a strong asset). - Minimum 5 years of experience working specifically with gas turbine systems. - Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial construction projects. - Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. - Experience working in remote/camp environments is highly desirable. - Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
