Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator & Service Representative to join our Group Benefits and Retirement division. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality administrative and client service support. The Administrator & Service Representative plays a key role in the day-to-day administration of group benefit plans. This individual will ensure plans are managed efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with applicable regulations while delivering exceptional service to clients and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain group benefit programs including health, dental, vision, life, and disability plans Manage employee benefit enrolments, updates, terminations, and claims support Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements related to group benefits Act as a primary point of contact for client and employee benefit inquiries Liaise with insurance carriers, plan administrators, and internal advisors regarding plan updates, renewals, and changes Assist with renewal processes, rate negotiations, and implementation of plan changes Conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy of benefit data and plan administration Prepare and distribute plan summaries, enrolment materials, and related documentation Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical records Support the implementation of new benefit programs and initiatives Provide general administrative and service support to the Group Benefits team as required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, financial services, insurance, or a related professional environment Strong understanding of group benefits and insurance administration considered an asset Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Professional, client-service oriented mindset Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint What We Offer Competitive salary with comprehensive health benefits and life insurance Company-matched retirement savings plan 15 days of paid vacation to start 5 personal days for rest, wellness, or unexpected life moments Education program covering 100% of eligible certifications, courses, and programs Early paid Fridays wrap up your workday at 4 p.m. 3 hours of monthly Flex Time to use as needed Seasonal winter and summer retreats for team connection and enjoyment Spring car washes and detailing Application Note We thank all applicants for their interest in Gold Leaf Financial Group Inc.
