Flight Dispatch & Administrator Location: Grand River Executive Airport (CPP6), near Caledonia, Ontario Employment type: Part-Time, Weekends, on-site Compensation: Starting at $19/hour, based on experience Please note: This position is located at Grand River Executive Airport (CPP6), approximately 15 minutes from Caledonia. It is not located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), and applicants must have reliable transportation to our rural airport location. About the Role Near North Aviation Inc. is a Transport Canada-approved Flight Training Unit and commercial air operator. We are currently seeking a dependable, organized, and aviation-focused individual to join our team in a Flight Dispatch and Reception position. This part-time, on-site role supports the weekend administrative and scheduling needs of our flight training program. This position presents an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing and professional aviation environment. Responsibilities Coordinate and update flight training schedules Assist with student check-ins and dispatch documentation Welcome and support students, staff, and visitors Dispatch aircraft in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures Manage phone and email inquiries in a professional manner Process payments through a point-of-sale system and record transactions in QuickBooks Maintain training records and documentation Provide administrative assistance to the Chief Flight Instructor and management team Assist with Marketing and Social Media when time permits Qualifications Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented approach Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Experience in reception, administration, or customer service is preferred Familiarity with QuickBooks or POS systems is considered an asset (training available) Interest in aviation and willingness to learn is essential Must have reliable transportation to Grand River Executive Airport (CPP6) Compensation and Benefits Starting wage: $19/hour, based on experience Monday to Friday, approximately 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Flight training discounts and internal growth opportunities may be available
