Iriss direct client, one of the leading Banking and Financial Company, is looking to hire a Sr Business Analyst with Margin and Collateral for a long-term opportunity at Toronto, ON (Hybrid Position) Job Title: Sr Business Analyst with Margin and Collateral Duration: Open ended SoW Location: Downtown Toronto, ON (3-4 days onsite) Must have: This role requires close collaboration with trading desks, risk management, and IT teams to ensure the transaction lifecycle for products like derivatives and repos is accurately captured and collateralized Document end-to-end collateral workflows, including agreement execution, margin call calculations, and dispute resolution processes. Partner with technology teams to troubleshoot system issues, implement enhancements for platforms and support new product onboarding. Ensure all margin requirements align with global regulations and internal risk policies. Identify root causes for margin discrepancies and collaborate across Sales, Operations, and Compliance to establish lasting solutions. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades and new tool implementations to ensure they meet business-defined criteria Experience with collateral management systems (e.g., Apex, Murex, TLM) and messaging standards like Swift.
