IT Project Manager Capital Markets Insight Global is hiring an experienced IT Project Manager on behalf of our banking client to support complex technology initiatives within Capital Markets, with a focus on Financial Resource Management and Global Markets Financing. This role sits within a Global Markets shared services PMO and supports a diverse portfolio of business, application, and infrastructure initiatives. What Youll Be Doing Lead endtoend delivery of 34 concurrent initiatives, ranging from small to large in scope Manage project planning, execution, financials, risks, issues, and dependencies across technology and business teams Partner closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to ensure solutions align with business needs Drive delivery using a hybrid Agile approach, supporting the organizations transition toward increased Agile adoption Prepare forecasts, status updates, and executivelevel materials using Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools Support initiatives across funding technology, collateral and liquidity platforms, and source and user allocation systems Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager delivering application, infrastructure, and business initiatives Experience within banking, capital markets, or global markets environments Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas; VBA or macros preferred Handson experience with project and issue management tools such as Microsoft Project, Planview, ServiceNow, and Jira Strong understanding of project financial management Agile delivery experience in hybrid environments Proven ability to forecast, analyze, and present project data to senior stakeholders Nice to Have Cloud infrastructure experience (Azure preferred) Experience delivering enterprise data or architecture initiatives (e.g., Databricks) SQL or scripting experience Knowledge of Resource Management and Asset Financing concepts, including inventory management, collateral and inventory optimization, XVAs, and repo trading This is a 12-month contract to start. The approximate pay rate for this role is $70/hr (negotiable).
