Our client is looking for a UX Designer to lead the strategy and execution of intuitive, secure, and accessible experiences across responsive web, iOS, and Android platforms. Healthcare product design experience is a bonus! This is a senior-level role with accountability for end-to-end experience quality across multiple product initiatives. You will apply systems thinking, a mobile-first mindset, and strong web expertise to simplify complex financial journeys at scale. Rate range: $55-60 per hour T4 Start date: End of March target Duration: 12+ months, with likely FTE after What you will do Partake in UX strategy across web and native platforms. Have mobile-first thinking while ensuring robust desktop and responsive web experiences. Influence product direction using research and performance insights. Translate complex workflows into clear, intuitive journeys. Deliver flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes for responsive web and native apps. Ensure cohesive experiences across desktop, mobile web, and iOS/Android. Embed WCAG and AODA standards across platforms. Run usability testing and experimentation. Communicate outcomes and design rationale clearly to stakeholders. Skills 7+ years of experience in mobile-first UX design. Proven experience delivering native iOS and Android products from concept to launch. Deep knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, AODA) and inclusive design practices. Experience building and scaling design systems. Proficiency in Figma. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
