You will be overseeing a commercial portfolio in Downtown Vancouver and will ensure the upkeep of a small rental portfolio by addressing urgent issues. The ideal candidate will have worked in a maintenance or building operations role on commercial or retail properties and will take an interest in completing residential maintenance occasionally. You will take a customer service approach to tenant communication and be comfortable being mobile. What youll need to succeed7+ years working in a maintenance technician / building operator role on commercial properties. Experience being tenant facing. Knowledge & experience of Building Systems. Experience in and knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. After hours on call availability. Valid BCDL and personal vehicle. Experience using Yardi is an asset.
