Who You Are: We are currently seeking a Job Instructions Facilitator, Calgary Shop. You will be the JI Facilitator to support and maintain the TWI system across the Calgary shop operations. We are looking for a proactive and detailoriented professional with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach. Comfortable coaching and supporting trainers, providing constructive feedback, and working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure training materials and work instructions are clear, accurate, and consistently applied. Document and understand the importance of maintaining organized, reliable processes to support operational consistency. This position is offered as a twoyear term, with the potential for transition to a permanent role.
