Vantage Hotels Jasper AB People & Culture Managers Fulltime, fulltime job. We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Manager to lead our human resources strategy across Valemount, Jasper and Lake Louise. The role supports leadership, champions our culture, and ensures all employees feel empowered to deliver exceptional guest experiences. What Youll Do - Champion Vantage Hotels purpose, vision, mission and core values across all properties. - Design and implement culture & engagement initiatives (team events, recognition, townhalls, 1:1s). - Oversee fullcycle recruitment for all departments, ensuring a culture fit. - Develop immersive onboarding experiences and manage benefits administration. - Coordinate staff housing programs, ensuring safe, compliancefacing accommodations. - Support performance management, coaching and discipline conversations. - Deliver training to build skills in customer service, food safety, and hospitality standards. - Maintain compliance with Alberta & BC employment law, HR policy and Health & Safety standards. - Track HR metrics (retention, engagement, training) and partner with the executive team to align people strategy with business goals. - Regularly travel to each hotel (roughly 880 km roundtrip) and drive in winter conditions; a company vehicle will be provided. Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, Communication or related field. - Minimum 2 years in a people leadership role, preferably in hospitality or tourism. - Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and a hospitality heart. - Excellent communication skills focused on empathy and clarity. - Proven ability to build and sustain a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational values. - Knowledge of Alberta & BC employment law and regulations. - Valid drivers license with a clean 5year abstract; confident driving in winter conditions. - Comfortable with HRIS, cloudbased systems and HR technology tools. - Experience managing staff housing programs and career development initiatives is an asset. Location: Jasper, AB the role requires regular visits to three mountain hotels. Candidates must be willing to drive long distances and work in winter conditions.
