A member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario. A member of Registered Practical Nurse Association of Ontario (RPNO). Certification in Foot Care is an asset. Three years work experience in a collaborative care model; (Family Health Team) is preferred. Experience working with Anishinabek people is an asset. Candidates without the specific education qualifications and where the position does not require certified qualification to practice, but who possess an appropriate combination of experience and other academic qualifications will also be considered. Satisfactory Criminal Records Search and Vulnerable Sector Search. Must possess a valid Standard First Aid/CPR Certificate or be willing to obtain one. Ability to work flexible hours as determined by the Service Manager or designate in relation to service delivery requirements. Must possess a valid Ontario Drivers License and access to a personal vehicle.
