We are seeking a dynamic HR and Recruitment Coordinator to manage the fullcycle recruitment process and help our clients to attract top talent. Location: Edmonton, Alberta Employment Type: Full-time / Contract 8 months with possible extension Flexibility to work from home few days a week Responsibilities - Collect and upload required certifications and training documentation relevant to each position into the appropriate database. - Initiate mobilization process for recruited new hires and communicate mobilization logistics, including projectspecific information. - Upload, monitor and answer questions regarding tickets in the centralized support centre. - Support and initiate the benefit program for hourly staff. - Address and support employees with payroll and benefit inquiries. - Initiate change of engagement and demobilization forms as necessary and liaise with appropriate site coordinators. - Complete various reports, including benefits, apprenticeship reporting and alcohol and drug testing account reconciliation. - Crosstrain with other recruitment coordinators to support onboarding requirements on other projects. - Provide support as required in fullcycle trades recruitment, including sourcing and prescreening resumes with prospective candidates. - Provide administrative support to HR and recruitment teams as required. Qualifications - A minimum of 2 years administrative experience supporting Recruitment or HR functions. - Certificate, diploma or degree in Business or Human Resources is an asset. - Human Resources experience working within an industrial construction environment is preferred. - Proven competency in the MS Office suite of tools. - Familiarity with applicant tracking and HR systems. - Ability to appropriately handle high volume of mobilizations for field projects and work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment. - Strong interpersonal skills establish direct working relationships and rapport with all levels within the organization including colleagues on the HR team. - Strong communication skills, including verbal and written. - Good customer service skills, including developing and improving customer relationships internally and externally. - Strong attention to detail, accuracy and a focus on producing a quality product in a timely manner.
