Ensure strict adherence to Operational Excellence principles, including food quality, safety, and labor compliance. Direct and oversee all aspects of production, distribution, and foodservice operations, delivering consistently high-quality, nutritious, and creatively presented meals. Maintain a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Develop and cultivate supervisory staff to grow into future leaders, fostering a culture of professionalism, mentorship, and excellence. Ensure full compliance with all applicable policies, rules, and regulations, including safety, health, and labor standards. Qualifications Bachelors degree preferred in Food Service, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Business Management, or related field. Culinary experience is required, with proven ability to plan, prepare, and execute high-quality meals. Experience in service, hospitality, or contract services industry, including managing and developing high-performing teams, is highly preferred. Strong analytical, project planning, and financial management skills, with a keen eye for operational efficiency and quality. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage confidently with students, parents, faculty, and colleagues. Demonstrated ability to deliver meals that are both nutritious and creatively engaging, making dining experiences enjoyable and memorable for students. Professional presence, polished demeanor, and a genuine passion for working with children and supporting a high-profile, all-girls school environment. Physically able to stand and be active for extended periods as required by daily operations.
