Job Description Summary Are you seeking an entrepreneurial, empowering workplace that allows you to: Work on a variety of makes, models & equipment in challenging remote locations Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management Work with an incredible team of people in a safety-focused environment Key Responsibilities Deliver portable HVAC equipment to customers, demonstrating skilled operation and repair of all company equipment. Repair the most complex Climate Control equipment, train and guide other technicians, check in and repair equipment, perform general shop duties, and deliver/install CC equipment as needed. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired. Previous experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment or specialty lines equipment (large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC or Oil & Gas equipment) strongly preferred. Valid class 5 drivers license and acceptable driving record. RACM Red Seal required. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to provide mechanics tools of trade. Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals. Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals. Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Physical Demands The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required. Compensation & Benefits Base Pay Range: 35.07 - 50.41 (starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including location, education, training, and experience).
