Description York Solutions is hiring a UX Engineer on a contracttohire basis, in a remote capacity. Role: UX Engineer Location: Anywhere in India Hourly Rate: $18.00$22.00 per hour (depends on experience) Required Qualifications - Proven experience as a UX Designer on enterprisescale platforms or products. - Strong skills in user research, wireframing, and prototyping (balanced across all three). - Handson experience with Figma and standardized enterprise design systems. - Ability to work effectively with distributed, offshore engineering teams. - Experience operating within regulated or compliancedriven environments. Responsibilities - Lead UX research to understand user needs and workflows for contract analysis and sales support. - Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to define endtoend experiences. - Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and the broader Optum UX community. - Produce highquality UX artifacts that support longterm scalability and usability. - Participate in structured onboarding and knowledge transfer to align with internal design and compliance practices.
