HR Generalist (part-time) - Join Our Successful Team! As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly capable and experienced Human Resources Manager to support our internal team. This is a remote, parttime role designed for an HR professional who thrives in autonomy, can operate with minimal supervision, and is excited to take ownership of recruitment and broader HR initiatives. This position is: - 100% remote - Flexible in scheduling (parttime hours) - Based in the East Durham and Kawarthas region (occasional inperson meetings required) - Newly created role Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead fullcycle recruitment for multiple roles - Source candidates using diverse recruitment channels - Screen resumes and conduct structured virtual interviews independently - Prepare shortlists and candidate summaries for hiring leaders - Build talent pipelines and proactive sourcing strategies to support growth - Support onboarding and offboarding processes - Maintain and update HR policies and documentation - Ensure compliance with Ontario employment legislation and HR best practices - Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems and processes - Provide adhoc HR support as organizational needs evolve Qualifications: - 5+ years of progressive HR experience - Strong experience leading fullcycle recruitment independently - Deep understanding of Ontario employment standards and HR compliance requirements - Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight - CHRP designation (or working toward) is preferred Key Interpersonal Skills: - Highly selfdirected and accountable - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Confident interviewer who can assess both technical competence and cultural alignment - Organized and detailoriented while balancing multiple priorities - Collaborative and relationshipfocused approach - Comfortable operating in a small team environment where adaptability is essential Perks and Benefits: - Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package - Opportunities for professional development and growth - Collaborative and supportive work environment - Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance - Company events and teambuilding activities - Starting Salary Range: $30$45 per hour All employees of Part-Time CFO Services must have access to reliable transportation and possess a full Ontario drivers license to commute to clients not accessible by public transportation.
