Department: In-Clinic Opportunities Employment Type: Full Time Location: Cochrane, Alberta Reporting To: Regional Operations Director Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 / year Description Be part of building something new. Lead, inspire, and grow with us. About the Role Cochrane Companion Vet is now open as the fourth clinic within the Mosaic PetCare group of proactive wellness small animal clinics. We are not your typical corporate model. Each Mosaic clinic shapes its own culture and rhythm because great care starts with great people. The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced full-time Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations while building an engaged, highperforming team. This is a 40hour per week position (Monday through Friday) with occasional flexibility for evenings or Saturdays. Key responsibilities include: Lead and mentor a passionate veterinary team Manage daily operations, growth initiatives, and marketing strategies Foster client and community relationships Oversee patient care, client service, and financial performance Align clinic goals with Mosaics core values: Connection, Tenacity, Growth, and Care And yes, have fun doing it! The Ideal Candidate We want to hear from you if you possess these qualifications: Three to five years of leadership or management experience (veterinary or medical setting preferred, an RVT designation is considered a strong asset) A natural motivator and communicator Organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure Handson and ready to jump in wherever needed with a strong lead by example mentality Cochrane or Calgary candidates preferred You lead with empathy, accountability, and a positive spirit What do we offer?
