What Youll Do: Timely response to customers inquiries, consultative customer service and apply strong judgement to provide solutions Take full ownership for each order from entering to delivery Accurately documenting and prioritizing all open tasks, including quotes, technical support requests, tank monitoring alerts, and equipment needs Support the Operations Manager to help plan delivery timing and routes, understanding truck capacity and assisting building routes that are efficient while maintaining a high level of service Partner with the Distribution Center to coordinate interbranch transfers, ensuring back-ordered items are sourced, tracked, and delivered efficiently Consistent follow up with accounts, maintain strong relationships and ensure customers are supported Execute on structured activity targets and CRM practices to re-engage customers and recognize opportunities Anticipate needs by recommending products, creating value, and supporting sales, operations and service What You Bring: 3+ years experience in customer service, inside sales in the industrial sector, heavy equipment, chemicals, commercial fleet, agriculture, or similar Business to Business environment is desired Post-secondary education in a related background such as Chemistry or Mechanical Engineering an asset Strong verbal and written communication skills, including effective listening skills, inquisitive nature to ask smart questions and ability to communicate confidently, accurately and effectively over the phone, through email and other business correspondence Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and maintaining a standard of excellence Positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent service Ability to retain detailed information, troubleshoot and solve problems Structured, process-driven and ability to work independently in addition to a collaboratively Advanced Microsoft Office and CRM software skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage own workload Ability to work under pressure and deliver on deadlines Be a team player who is willing to adapt to the changing priorities of the business Remuneration: This is a full-time permanent on-site position based in Leduc, Alberta, Monday to Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm.
