Responsibilities - Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service - Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards - Process all accounts receivable and payables - Complete monthly inventory and receive Pro Shop retail product - General administrative responsibilities - Support and assist with all aspects of the Pro Shop area, including sales, customer inquiries, teetime reservations, etc. - Maintain par inventories of all office supplies - Complete daily payroll reporting - Develop and continue to build strong working team relationships within the department and interdepartmentally - Follow all safety and sanitation policies - Adhere to the hotels vehicle handling and safety policies while driving hotel vehicles - Other duties as assigned Qualifications - Previous retail experience an asset - General knowledge of accounting principles required - Reasonable understanding of the game of golf required - Valid Alberta Drivers License an asset - Strong computer skills required Word, Excel and Point of Sale experience required - Ability to handle flexible work hours - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities - Highly responsible & reliable - Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment - Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision - Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Visa Requirements Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
