We offer the best water rides in the industry. JOB SUMMARY: Oversee and assist in all areas of operation within the Human Resources Department and support other departments in times of high demand. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide recruiting assistance and candidate screening and assessment Send offer letters to hired associates and assist them with online onboarding Deliver orientation training to all seasonal associates Deliver supervisor training to the seasonal leadership team Handle, coordinate and finalize all payroll inquiries, in coordination with department managers/directors and submission to Finance Department for payment Counsel employees from other departments on uniform and appearance standards, resolve policy violations. Clerical duties include filing, answering phones, copying, data entry, and others as assigned. Make associate ID badges, issue uniforms, and maintain uniform inventory. Navigate Employees through the on-boarding process and assure that all forms have been properly completed. Plan and assist with staff events Responsible for auditing time records for accuracy and ESA compliance. Assist other departments with operation such as Group Sales with catered picnic events, running the weekly bubble parties or working at the parking tolls or front gate turnstiles Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Previous experience working at WetnWild Toronto is required . Must possess oral and written English skills and be able to communicate with Guests and fellow Employees effectively. Must have exceptional customer service skill and the ability to stay calm under pressure. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous front office experience is helpful. Preference may be given to applicants who are currently studying or have completed studies in Human Resources Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors. Must be able to work holidays and weekends. Available to work evenings during staff events and evening operation. May be required to work in various weather conditions. Must be able to multi-task and handle multiple associate issues in a stressful and fast -p aced environment. Must be able to speak comfortably in front of large groups if needed or required to conduct orientation and training. Ability to uphold confidentiality standards. Must be able to work alone and unsupervised at times.
