Were expanding our AI team and looking for a handson AI Adoption Lead who will play a pivotal role in integrating AI into the daily operations of every department and software offering. ' ' About the Role ' ' In this role, youll help bring AI into the daytoday work of every department at BIS. This role isnt about talking up the future of AI its about making AI real, practical, and useful right now. Youll work across departments to uncover opportunities, build and deploy AI solutions, and help people do their jobs better, faster, and more creatively. If youre all about action, experimentation, and making change stick, this is your kind of role. ' ' This is an onsite role based at our Sherwood Park, Alberta office. ' 'In this role, youll be expected to:' ' ' ' - Find and prioritize where AI can make the biggest difference across teams and workflows, surfacing and validating automation opportunities. ' ' - Train and support teams to build AI into their daily work through handson coaching, shared practices, and internal knowledgesharing sessions. ' ' - Drive AI projects from start to finish, mapping opportunities, removing roadblocks to keep momentum and balancing quick wins with longterm initiatives. ' ' - Manage and evolve BISs AI tech stack, staying ahead of new tools and technologies to ensure were using the best solutions securely. ' ' - Build and maintain AI agents and complex workflows that solve real business problems and drive measurable efficiency gains. ' ' - Track and report on AI adoption metrics, sharing wins and learnings in Monday Morning Meetings and other venues to drive companywide adoption. ' ' - Monitor, refine, and update implemented AI solutions over time to ensure high adoption rates and continued value. ' ' - Serve as BISs AI subject matter expert, helping leadership and teams make informed decisions about AI strategy and investment. ' ' ' 'You might be the right fit if you:' ' ' ' - Have demonstrated experience building AI agents or complex AIdriven workflows and can show examples of your work. This is a must. ' ' - Bring strong technical knowledge of AI tools and platforms, with handson experience implementing AI solutions in a business environment. ' ' - Are intensely curious and selfdriven you stay on top of the rapidly evolving AI landscape because you genuinely cant help yourself. ' ' - Can make sense of complex problems and keep solutions practical, focused, and tied to real business outcomes. ' ' - Are organized and able to juggle multiple projects at once, tracking progress and maintaining momentum across concurrent initiatives. ' ' - Communicate clearly and persuasively you can translate technical AI concepts into language that resonates with nontechnical teams. ' ' - Work well independently with limited guidance, while also collaborating effectively across departments. ' ' - Thrive in a fastpaced, highautonomy environment where youre expected to take ownership and drive results. ' ' ' 'Bonus points if you have:' ' ' ' - Experience in a SaaS or B2B software environment. ' ' - Background in change management or organizational adoption of new technologies. ' ' - Experience developing AI training programs or internal enablement content. ' ' ' ' $70,000 - $90,000 a year ' ' Salary ranges are based on experience, reflecting the unique skillset each individual brings to the role.
