Overview The Partnerships Account Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle of our Partnership programs, from contract management and optimization to budget management and crossfunctional collaboration. They will ensure these programs are customercentric and align with our overall residential strategy, with a primary focus on growth and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, program management & analysis, and strong communication skills to nurture and expand our key partnerships. Hybrid Work Environment Vancouverbased and Torontobased team members work inoffice every other week (TuesThurs). Core attendance is required from 9 AM 3 PM on these days to support business priorities. A Day in the Life Relationship Management: Manage and maintain existing partner relationships Revenue Growth: Monitor partner performance to ensure all revenue targets are met or exceeded. Business Development: Identify and onboard highefficiency new accounts prioritized for rapid integration and activation. CrossFunctional Execution: Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, and Finance to launch initiatives and represent the brand at industry events. Contract Management: Manage all partner contracts and renewals Financial Management: Manage & optimize budgets to support program goals, track spending, and identify opportunities to maximize ROI Reporting: Share program results and learnings internally and externally, maintaining a constant focus on data quality and transparency. What You Bring to the Table Proven experience in a partnership or account management role. Strong understanding of contract management and program optimization. Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize budgets. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently articulate strategy and program results. Experience in crossfunctional collaboration and a focus on data integrity. Experience in the real estate industry is an asset Marketing experience is an asset Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $64,000 $75,000 per annum + BONUS (The actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity.)
