Grant Processing Advisor positions are part of the Affordability Grant Team within the Child Care Administration Branch of Child Care Delivery. These positions report to Senior Policy Analysts who are responsible for the implementation and administration of grants, as well as the financial reporting associated with affordability funding for childcare operators. Key Responsibilities - Support the ministry in the administration of childcare affordability funding to reduce childcare fees to an average of $15 per day. - Respond to diverse stakeholders (parents, childcare staff, educators and providers) by providing clear, accurate and timely information regarding grant policies. - Assist in resolving complaints and complex issues related to affordability funding, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up. - Track, analyze, and maintain data with a high degree of accuracy across databases and reporting systems. - Guide childcare operators in meeting all Affordability Grant financial reporting requirements. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent interpretation and application of affordability funding policies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
