Job Description

We are looking for a QC Master Data Specialist with strong experience in Quality Control laboratory environments and LIMS systems, particularly LabWare. The ideal candidate will support the creation, maintenance and governance of master data within QC laboratory systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and compliance with industry standards. This role requires a professional with handson experience in QC lab operations and LIMS configuration, capable of translating laboratory processes into structured master data within digital systems. Key Responsibilities - Create, build and maintain master data within QC laboratory systems, particularly within LIMS platforms. - Support the configuration and maintenance of LabWare LIMS to align with QC laboratory processes. - Ensure the accuracy, integrity and consistency of laboratory master data. - Manage and maintain QCrelated master data, including test methods, specifications, sample types, materials and stability protocols. - Collaborate with QC laboratory teams to understand workflows and translate them into system configurations. - Ensure compliance with GxP and data integrity requirements. - Support system updates, changes and continuous improvement initiatives related to QC systems. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving LIMS data or configuration issues. Required Qualifications - Experience working in a Quality Control (QC) laboratory environment. - Handson experience with LIMS systems, preferably LabWare. - Experience in master data creation, configuration and maintenance within QC systems. - Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and analytical testing processes. - Familiarity with data governance and data integrity principles. - Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. - 24 years of experience managing technology systems, platforms or data in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. - Experience working in validated or controlled environments. - Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements such as GMP and FDA regulations. Work Location This is an onsite role in Mississauga, and selected candidates will be required to work 3 days per week at the Mississauga campus. Expected Compensation Range 50K-70K. The final compensation offered will be determined based on the candidates level of experience, skills and qualifications, in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements.
