Candidate Profile The HR Coordinator supports daily HR operations across the Alberta and Saskatchewan offices, contributing to efficient processes and a positive employee experience. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate HR data, facilitating smooth onboarding, and supporting broader HR initiatives. Key responsibilities include coordinating onboarding activities, managing HR documentation, maintaining HRIS data integrity, partnering with internal teams, and assisting with team projects and employee engagement efforts.
