Position Overview: Were seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews on an upcoming highrise tower project. The ideal candidate has handson experience in largescale, multistorey electrical systems and strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively while coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure quality, schedule, and budget targets are met. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead electricians and apprentices onsite Plan, organize, and schedule electrical installations for highrise projects Ensure all work complies with the BC Electrical Code and site safety standards Coordinate daily with site management and other trades Track material usage and provide progress reports to the project manager Mentor and train apprentices and junior electricians Electrical designs and layout for projects Attend Trade meetings on site Qualifications: Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician (required) or FSR Certification Minimum 10 years of experience, including 5+ years in a foreman or lead role Proven experience in highrise or largescale commercial projects Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Proficiency with Bluebeam (required) Valid drivers license and personal tools What We Offer: Extended health and dental benefits Steady, longterm work with opportunities for growth Supportive, safetyfocused team culture Training and professional development Company Vehicle, laptop and phone Join Our Team!
