Position Details Position # : 9010354 Expected Start Date Union: SUN Facility: Cypress Regional Hospital City/Town: Swift Current Department: Integrated Nursing Unit Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days, Nights, Weekends Hours of Work (per 4 weeks): 12 shifts of 11.78 hours 1 shift of 8 hours Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse A $38.580 to $50.070 Travel Required: No Job Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides safe, competent, and evidence-based nursing care within a client- and family-centered model. Working both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, the RN conducts assessments, develops and implements care plans, provides health education, and supports clients across diverse social, economic, cultural, and age groups. The RN practices in accordance with the standards of the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS), the Canadian Nurses Association Code of Ethics, and the mission, philosophy, and objectives of the Saskatchewan Health Authority. Human Resources Exemption: No Education Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Nursing. Licenses Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS). Valid Class 5 drivers license, where required by the job Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Level C Health Care Provider (HCP) or equivalent.
